Cancellation Policy & Refund
Payment Terms
In order to guarantee a booking the client needs to realise a down payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the charter price. The remaining amount needs to be settled prior to departure. The sum of these amounts is known as the charter price.
Cancellation Refund Schedule
Full RefundCancelled at least 30 days prior to departure
75% RefundCancelled between 30 and 14 days prior to departure
50% RefundCancelled between 14 and 7 days prior to departure
25% RefundCancelled between 7 days and 24 hours before departure
No RefundCancelled within 24 hours of departure time
Weather & Safety Clause
In case that meteorological conditions do not allow the charter to take place on the reserved date, the client will receive a full refund. This will be applied for wind gusts of 25 knots and above and/or rain at the time of departure. The captain also has the right to cancel the scheduled charter in case that safety cannot be assured.
